Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about Victorizer. Can't find what you're looking for? Email us.

What image formats can I upload?
PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP. Support for AVIF, TIFF, and HEIC is on the roadmap.
How does the AI choose vectorization settings?
Claude Vision analyzes your image and recommends a tracing mode, color count, and smoothing parameters. You can override any setting before converting.
Is my data private?
Uploaded images are processed in memory and stored only when you save to history. We don't train models on your uploads, and history entries can be deleted at any time.
What's the difference between tracing modes?
Layered (default) is best for illustrations, Posterize for posters with bold colors, BW for line art, Color for photographs, and Outline produces stroke-only output.
Can I use Victorizer for commercial work?
Yes. SVGs you generate are yours to use commercially. The free plan adds a small visible watermark; paid plans don't.
What if my SVG looks wrong?
Click thumbs-down on the result and adjust settings — Victorizer learns your preferences for similar images. You can also use Editor Mode to remove text or background regions before vectorizing.
How big can the files I upload be?
Free plan caps uploads at 5 MB. Starter is 10 MB, Pro is 20 MB, and Studio is 50 MB. Larger files are downscaled before tracing for performance.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes — 10 conversions per month, plus access to Layered, BW, and Posterize modes. No credit card required.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@victorizer.com.
Can I integrate Victorizer with my own tools?
An official API is on the roadmap. In the meantime, the underlying endpoints are stable — get in touch if you have a specific integration use case.
